OP 8400 Spec 05 is a functional derivative of the original OP 8400 series. It exhibits good thermal performance but with much improved handling properties than the normal OP 8400. It is compliant to RoHS standard while maintaining its halogen-free status.
It is electrically non-conductive and naturally tacky. Additional adhesive is generally not required.
