OU-810P provides the 10 W/mk thermal conductivity while ultra soft in properties. It is ideal solution where rapid heat transfer from heat source to spreader is required.
OU-810P is RoHS compliant and halogen-free, offering extra reassurance in applications which hazardous substances are forbidden.
