OU-808 is a high performance thermally conductive compound and will not dry out. It has low viscosity for easy and neat application; and can be used for application involving auto- dispensing equipments.

The proprietary formulation of OU-808 makes for its good thermal conducting performance. Together with its superior wetting properties in filling surface irregularities, OU-808 provides effective solution for application where rapid heat transfer from heat source to spreader is required.

OU-808 is RoHS compliant and halogen-free, offering extra reassurance in applications which hazardous substances are forbidden.
