OU-806 Spec 01 is a high performance thermally conductive compound and will not dry out. It has low viscosity for easy and neat application; and can be used for application involving auto- dispensing equipment.

The proprietary formulation of OU-806 Spec 01 provides excellent thermal conducting performance and high flow rate properties. Together with its superior wetting properties in filling surface irregularities, OU-806 Spec 01 provides effective solution for application where rapid heat transfer from heat source to spreader is required.

OU-806 Spec 01 is RoHS compliant and halogen-free, offering extra reassurance in applications where hazardous substances are forbidden.
