binder that imparts inherent tack typical of standard thermal gap fillers. Filler particle composition imparts both excellent thermal conductivity and good EMI suppression in the microwave frequency.
The proprietary formulation of OP-7500 Spec02 is RoHS compliant and halogen-free, providing extra reassurance in applications where
hazardous substances are forbidden.
