OP-6700

Non-silicone thermal compound OP-6700 is made of non-silicon resin material. No low molecular siloxane volatilization and low total volatile gas. OP-6700 offers good thermal conductivity and low thermal resistance.

This material conforms to surface irregularities under low application pressures. OP-6700 is ROHS compliant and halogen-free, offering extra reassurance in applications where hazardous substances are forbidden.
