OP-3500 Spec 06 is a high-performance two-component thermally conductive gel that cures rapidly at room temperature or under mild heating, forming a soft, compliant elastomer. Once cured, it resists drying out, powdering, and oil bleeding over long-term service life.
The proprietary formulation of OP-3500 Spec 06 makes for its good thermal conducting performance. Together with its superior wetting properties in filling surface irregularities.
OP-3500 Spec 06 is RoHS compliant and halogen-free, offering extra reassurance in applications where hazardous substances are forbidden.
