Schlegel Electronic Materials offers a complete line of high performance thermal interface materials for the electronics industry. With SEM’s formulated product compounds, and the ability to easily achieve complete physical contact, Cool Spot™ Thermal Interface Materials are designed to yield a lower temperature gradient than many other products. Cool Spot™ Thermal Interface Materials are easy to use and are available in sheets, rolls and/or supplied die-cut for final assembly.
